How to Use
Each morning, hold your bracelet in both hands and affirm:“I am grounded, protected, and fearless.” Wear on either wrist depending on your energy needs (right for action, left for intuition).
Use during stressful times for grounding by placing it on your root chakra during meditation.
Cleanse weekly with earth elements (soil, Himalayan salt, or grounding incense). Repeat for 21 days for long-term stability and clarity.
