Do We Offer Returns?

It depends.
  • Final Sale Items: All sale items and products marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Select Crystals: Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many crystals, certain items will be final sale. This will be clearly noted in the Details section on the product page.
  • Eligible Items: We generally accept returns for bracelets, necklaces, and most crystals (unless specified as final sale in the Details section or purchased during a sale/promotion) within 30 days of the date your package was delivered.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Earrings
  • Clearing tools (including sage sticks, incense cones & sticks, and resins)

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
  3. In the upper right-hand corner, select the “Request Return” button.
  4. Fill out the return request form and submit it.
  5. Our customer service team will review your request and approve or deny it.
  6. If approved, you’ll receive instructions and a shipping label to send the merchandise back to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Window

Once your return is approved, the merchandise must be shipped back to us within the 30-day return period from the date your package was delivered.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Orders of $200 USD or more will incur a 10% restocking fee.

If There’s a Problem with Your Item

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly — happy customers make for happy crystals! ✨
