Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $99 USD or more (after discounts and before tax).
$5.99 USD flat rate for orders under $99 USD.

Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing: We will process your order and upload tracking information within 2 business days of purchase.
Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5–11 business days after shipment.
Carriers: We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Notes & Responsibilities

Confirm Your Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Package Condition: Upon delivery, please check the package for visible damage before accepting it. If you find any issues, report them to the carrier and contact our customer service team immediately.
Uncontrollable Delays: Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control—such as peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
